I’m sick of the overuse of a tiny range of Bible stories and texts in RE. It’s an impoverished learning diet, especially if the message is reduced to ‘be nice’! Before you read this article, take a pencil and note down the ten Bible stories or texts you think pupils really ought to explore in RE. (Now, I know you have not done this, but don’t read on until you have. No, don’t! Pencil. Now.)
